Commonwealth Marketing is a London-based consultancy founded on a simple bet: most of the money companies pay marketing agencies pays for the agency, not the marketing.

The Problem

The maths stopped working.The typical senior marketing consultant bills £250/hour and spends 80% of that hour on research, formatting, note-taking, slide-building — work that AI can now do in seconds. Clients are paying senior rates for junior tasks; seniors are burning out producing admin instead of strategy.We don't think that model survives the decade.

What we did about it

We rebuilt the job from scratch. Commonwealth runs on a simple structure:
